It's not just for wrinkles anymore. The collagen trend has spread from cosmetic injections to products you see every day on grocery and drugstore shelves. Food, skin cream, pills and powders all tout collagen as the way to a healthy, vibrant body. Are they worth your money? Cleveland Clinic is a non-profit academic medical center. No amount of safe* PEDs will fix a crappy lifestyle. Get started on daily activity and good diet practices. I am tempted to share some of what I found helpful here but to avoid falling afoul of the shilling rules I won't. That said, I do recommend investing in a bicycle, it's easier on your knees than running when you #2. Do not do DNP. You'll hate yourself and/or Die. Don't even be that we have those out of the way, allow me to share some backstory and get started on the advice. 6 months ago I weighed 308lbs at 5'10". I was fat AF but not entirely sedentary. As of writing this I weigh 247 lbs. I'd love to have a visible 6 pack before the end of summer but we all have impossible dreams don't we. In this time period I've been doing research into the causes of obesity and what makes it so hard to lose weight. My conclusion is poor lifestyle initially causes obesity, poor environment and bad advice makes it damn near permanent for most. Take for example testosterone levels, I'm 23 and when I had my test levels checked weighing in at 260lbs they were only 256ng/dl of free test.
Once the scalp sebum production was completely eliminated, my hairloss also completely was no hair on my pillows, shower drains, floor, change was so dramatic I felt like I found some magical cure for hairloss... My hair became healthier, and although I wasn't on any other hairloss products, there was a slight regrowth, but not much. After I went off Accutane, my hair was still looking good, but the effect of Accutane started to wear off after about 6 slowly the sebum production and hairloss began. I went on a second course of Accutane a year later, and once again hairloss COMPLETELY stopped, it's just ridiculously how immediate of an effect it has on my scalp, yet there's almost no information or testimony that I was able to find online that talked about this experience. Hair was thicker, healthier, and I can style it and do all kinds of stuff I wasn't able to do while I was off Accutane, but sadly the drug is so potent it can not be taken for an extended period, so once I was off the drug, hairloss slowly crept back... Hopefully someone else can share their experience with Accutane, and maybe someone would have a possible solution such as applying topical isotretnoin, low dose #4 I am not the op, but I will share my stories with Accutane.
